Our Story
Inner Circle Networking was founded in 2025 by Matthew J. Bridger and Lauryn Parker, two people who met at a local networking event and discovered something they both felt was missing from the rooms they were walking into.
Not more events. Not more business cards. But a genuinely different approach to the way professionals connect.
With backgrounds spanning business development, entrepreneurship and community engagement, Matthew and Lauryn saw a clear opportunity. Networking was transactional, formulaic and, too often, forgettable. They set out to change that.
What We Believe
We believe the best business relationships are built on trust, not transactions. On genuine curiosity, not rehearsed pitches. On showing up consistently to a community that knows you, rather than working a room full of strangers.
Inner Circle Networking was designed from the ground up around those beliefs. Curated guest lists. Exceptional venues. A format that puts conversation first and leaves the hard sell at the door. What began as a simple idea between two like-minded people is growing into something much bigger. A community of ambitious professionals, business owners and decision makers who value quality over volume and relationships over quick wins.

Our Charity Commitment
Ten percent of every ticket sold at every Inner Circle Networking event goes directly to 21 Together, our charity partner supporting children and young people with Down’s syndrome and their families across the South East.
